Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the destination and delivery service requested. We do ship internationally, but we currently do not ship directly to the UK or EU countries from our website, due to the complexities of VAT registration. If you are in the UK or EU, please visit my Etsy shop to make your purchases. My deepest apologies for the inconvenience, and if the rules change, we’ll update our shipping options as soon as we can.

Orders are typically shipped on Mondays and Thursdays ♥

Returns

We do accept returns if the package is unopened and in its original condition within seven days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the returning shipping costs including tracking number. Once we have received the package we will send the refund. If you wish to return something, please email us at tesseraoracle@gmail.com.
